Our Pricing (Fixed Fee Per Deal)
You earn a fixed fee for every successful referral. Commission is added when the contract is signed.

Terms & Conditions
Referrals must be new clients and not previously in contact with Homzready.
Payouts are subject to minimum transfer thresholds and compliance checks.
All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Homzready reserves the right to verify and validate all referrals before commission is approved.
Commission will be added only after the contract is signed and becomes valid.
Homzready may update these terms from time to time without prior notice.
What Qualifies
  • New clients who sign a contract with Homzready.
  • All eligible projects and services.
  • Only referrals submitted through your partner account.
What Doesn't Qualify
  • Existing clients or past inquiries.
  • Referrals not submitted via your account.
  • Deals canceled or not signed.
When You Get Paid

Your commission is added to your balance when the contract is signed.

You can then request a transfer once the minimum threshold is met.
